Community Engagement Workshop in Pakistan

Under the Rising for Rights project, the FANSA Pakistan Provincial Chapter in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa initiated interventions with grassroots communities in the urban area of Mardan. The objectives of this community engagement are multifaceted: providing insights into the safe management of sanitation services, mobilizing the community to engage with local government and other stakeholders for inclusive sanitation, advocating for increased funding, and strengthening grassroots voices to ensure continuity. Five small scale events organize four for women and one for male community members, the total participation in the five events 130, 100 women, and 30 male.
